Privacy

What I collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for the newsletter.
• Your name, email and whatever you write, if you send a message through the contact form or apply for coaching.
• Your name, email, company details and anything you add, if you book a call with me.
• Basic usage data, like which pages you visit, roughly where you are, your device and browser, and the link that brought you here (including campaign tags in the URL).

Why

• To send you the newsletter you asked for.
• To read and reply to your application or prepare for our call.
• To understand which pages and links are useful, and where visitors and bookings come from.

Who else handles it

I use a few services to run this site. Each one processes your data only for the job listed here:

• Kit, for the newsletter.
• Formspree, for the contact and application forms.
• SavvyCal, for booking calls.
• Google Analytics, for site usage. It uses cookies to tell visits apart.

What I don’t do

• I don’t sell your data or rent my list to anyone.
• I don’t add you to the newsletter because you applied or booked a call. That’s a separate signup.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block them in your browser settings or with an extension like Google’s opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.

How long I keep it

Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Application and booking details stay as long as they’re useful for the conversation or work we’re doing, and I delete them on request.

Your choices

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete anything I hold about you, email me and I’ll handle it.
